This is my favorite brand of powdered collagen. It is flavorless and dissolves in both hot or cold liquids. I like incorporating it into my diet by adding it to coffee, tea, yogurt, and soups and stews. It’s a great supplemental protein source in addition to supporting joint, ligament, tendon, and gut health.
